Mintra Enters a Framework Agreement with the Norwegian Defence Estates Agency

Mintra has won the tender for consultant services for the development and production e-learning courses for employees in the Norwegian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Norwegian Agency for Development Cooperation (Norad) and has entered a two year framework agreement with the Ministry.

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs’ competence centre (UKS) is a ministry department responsible for all of the Ministry’s courses and training activity.  UKS holds more than 500 internally produced classroom courses each year, in addition to various other gatherings, with increasingly more emphasis on e-learning as a tool for competence development.

“We are looking forward to assisting UKS with their expanded e-learning programme and are very pleased that they also plan to use our authoring tool, Mintra Publisher, as a collaboration platform,” says Mintra’s Customer Manager, Randi Sekkeseter.

About The Ministry of Foreign Affairs

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the 109 foreign service missions, which include embassies, permanent delegations and general consulates, together make up the Foreign Service, which comprises approximately 1400 employees.

About Mintra
Mintra is among Norway’s leading providers of interactive training and course administration. The company consists of about 70 employees and has offices in Oslo, Stavanger, and Aberdeen (UK).
